Poster Guidelines
The poster- board surface area is 3 feet 8 inches (1.12 meters) high and 6 feet (1.83 meters) wide, i.e. in landscape configuration.
It is recommended that your poster include a headline section that runs the full width of your poster. The top line should include the abstract number (located on the left) and the title. The second line should include the authors names in letters not less than 1 inch high. The third line should include the authors affiliations/address.
The body of the poster should contain a copy of the absract in the left hand corner at the beginning of your presentation. Presented material should be easily readable at a viewing distance of 5-6 feet from the poster.
Poster presenters will receive abstract numbers by email.
Pushpins will be provided
