Registration Information
In order to register for the joint meeting you must go to the registration site via the link shown at the bottom of this message. In order to obtain the lowest registration fee, you must register no later than May 22, 2006.
Fees for those attending scientific sessions are as follows:
Early Members fo HCS or JSHC $550 USD
Late Registation of HCS or JSHC $650 USD
Student Registration* $350 USD
Non-Member Registration $650 USD
One Day Registration $200 USD
*Student Verification: All students (undergrad., grad., fellows) must submit ( via mail or fax) a letter from their mentors stating that they are in good academic standing in order to be eligible for the student registration fee.
All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars or credit cards (VISA or MasterCard) Purchase Orders (authorized) are also accepted.
These fees include registration materials presented at the meeting site hotel, a conference program and CD with conference abstracts. Seven meals are also included: opening reception, three continental breakfasts, two lunches and the closing banquet, as well as refreshments served at breaks during the morning and afternoon sessions.
Registrants may purchase meal plans and special function tickets for accompanying persons for the following prices:

Payment
Your registration must be completed on-line. However, you must download your payment certificate and send it by FAX to the registrar for the meeting at the University of Hawai'i Hilo with the appropriate credit card information.
